Overview
Amesbury, Massachusetts, nestled along the Powwow River, was known for its carriage and automobile body manufacturing. 77 Elm Street – also known as Mill 77 – was built in 1884 for making carriages. Eventually, Mill 77 evolved into making machinery for assembly lines for an auto-body company.
Renovated in 2018, this 3-story mill building features a mix of office & retail space with over 22,000 sq feet and 9 industrial-looking units.
